Had one of the best stays in a while here. the place was super clean and perfectly located, with friendly staff. Our room was tidy and comfy with a nice bed. Loved being so close to the beach! 🏖️.

The room itself was clean and the hotel was spotless. The staff was friendly and excellent. The location was great, close to the beach and overlooking inner courtyard. Further, it was adjacent to Pisa, the sea and the main train line to Cinque Terre.

The rooms are good-sized and include a fridge and kitchenware. Thanks to all very welcoming staff. The ambiance is QUIET.

I booked a superior apartment with a dining area, sitting area, and work desk, the setting was excellent, very close to the beach.

We stayed at Residence Colombo for a week and had a fantastic time. The apartment on the 3rd floor was bright, spacious, and quiet. The grand terrace offered stunning views of the sea in the distance. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the seafront and all the cafes, restaurants, and entertainment. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. The convenience of having a kitchen and laundry facilities in our apartment was a huge bonus. a beautiful building with comfortable accommodations, we highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely nothing.

The hotel offered excellent communication with the manager, who was friendly and provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants. Additionally, the accommodation was clean and tidy, providing everything we needed for our stay. The location was convenient, with the main boulevard and the beach just a short distance away.

No improvements needed, all was satisfactory.

It was a fantastic spot to stay, very near to the beach and just off the promenade. the room was very clean and spacious with a great bathroom. the staff were very friendly, pleasant, and helpful. the place had a gorgeous communal terrace, and there were laundry and vending machines available. it provided excellent value for money.

One negative aspect was a lack of instructions for the oven, which could have been better explained.

This hotel offers great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is commendable, especially in the well-equipped and clean apartments. And the location couldn't be better, just a stone's throw away from the beautiful private beach.

Great location! Easy access to private beach and lovely terraces. the accommodation was well-equipped and clean, with everything we needed for our stay. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing tips about the area. Best of all, there was a big terrace for us to relax in the evenings.

The bathroom light bulb exploded when we turned it on and nobody apologized about it. some of the kitchen utensils were not cleaned properly.

The location was great, very close to the train station and a variety of shops and restaurants. The room was also nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. the staff were polite and helpful.

Our Christmas stay was not as enjoyable as we had hoped. The heating in the room was not working properly and we were quite cold throughout our stay.
